Mario Urdaneta

Founder and CEO

Mario Urdaneta is a Mechanical Engineer with nearly 20 years of experience. He worked in cutting edge Research and Development of medical devices for medical imaging, nuclear medicine, implantable devices, and more. He pioneered technologies in additive manufacturing, microfluidics, and other areas. He also has also participated in over 7 startups, ranging from 1st employee to founder.

Dr. Urdaneta served at the Department of Energy's Advanced Manufacturing Office as a AAAS Science and Technology Policy Fellow, as a Analyst at MForesight, a think tank for manufacturing and technology policy issues. He holds a Ph.D., M.S. and B.S. on mechanical engineering.
